To launch Ninja Van’s drama-free customer service that ladders up to the brand promise of hassle-free deliveries, we decided to help everyone struggling.
We partnered with the experts of drama to create Stories For Customer Service — a series of dramatic stories written by K-drama experts, designed to gain the sympathy and attention of unhelpful customer service agents. Each story is created based on the most common courier problems people face every day.
The films went viral, reaching 35M views in a couple of weeks (more than the trailer of most popular K-drama out there: Squid Game)
The campaign also helped Ninja Van with a 56% increase in customers who’re likely to ship more and a 43% increase in potential customers.
